Refund and Return Policy:

Customers wishing to initiate a return due to a change of mind must do so within a 15-day window from the date of purchase. The item must be unused and returned in its original packaging, in a resellable state. Please note that all return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer. Refunds will be issued upon receipt and evaluation of the returned items.

Product Warranty Coverage:

The majority of our products come with a one-year warranty, which specifically covers replacement parts unless the entire kit necessitates replacement.

Procedure for Addressing Product Faults Within the Warranty Period:

In the rare event that your product encounters a fault within the warranty period, please promptly contact our dedicated team for assistance. Our team will assist in diagnosing the issue, and we retain the discretion to determine whether a repair or replacement is warranted. It’s important to note that Tyre Care is not liable for, nor will cover, any associated labour costs incurred during the removal or re-installation of warranted equipment or parts. Should a faulty item need to be returned, please ensure it is accompanied by a copy of the original invoice.
