Customers wishing to initiate a return due to a change of mind must do so within a 15-day window from the date of purchase. The item must be unused and returned in its original packaging, in a resellable state. Please note that all return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer. Refunds will be issued upon receipt and evaluation of the returned items.

Product Warranty Coverage:

The majority of our products come with a one-year warranty, which specifically covers replacement parts unless the entire kit necessitates replacement.

It’s important to note that Tyre Care is not liable for, nor will cover, any associated labour costs incurred during the removal or re-installation of warranted equipment or parts. Should a faulty item need to be returned, please ensure it is accompanied by a copy of the original invoice.
